Those of you that have followed my story know that before even delving into the world of photography I always wanted to be an OB-GYN. I love babies, but even more than the precious miracles themselves, I love the mothers and the families that bring them into this world. I believe that photography is story telling. I tell the stories of growing families, love, hardship, tears, and the raw, real, and genuine moments that make up life through visual storytelling.
Henry was born in Raleigh, NC on October 25th, 2018. When I arrived at the hospital it was a rainy and dreary day, but the little bundle of joy was all snuggled up inside a room full of love and joy. His little brother James was clearly so excited to have this newest edition -- and I know just from the little kisses he gave him and the tenderness with which he stroked the hairs on his head that they would soon be the best of friends. Newborn sessions and birth photography gives me all the feels, but this little session held a special place in my heart. This beautiful momma is raising some amazing boys.
