SEEKING ADVENTURE

I love to adventure. I have never let the fact that I am a girl stop me from seeking the things that set my soul on fire.

I feel that we must seek adventure throughout our entire life. Adventure in our relationships, adventure on mountaintops, adventure in our thoughts and actions and beliefs...adventure in all areas of our lives.

It is through adventure that we put ourselves out of our comfort zone and set ourselves up to truly be in a place of learning. It is with this mindset that we grow and develop into a better, more diverse person than we would be existing in our subconscious mode of operation.

EMPOWERING WOMEN

I grew up not loving who I was, but insecure about my acceptance by the world. I was always different. I survived abusive relationships, sexual assault, and mental health issues throughout my teen and college years.

I have made it part of my mission to advocate for women's mental health and wellness every day.

Women are capable of having it all. Not only that, but they can achieve everything while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Whether it is body image issues, depression and anxiety, or health relationships, I serve to be a mental health advocate...empowering authentic and genuine hearts to find their voice.

SPREADING LOVE

My faith is something that is really important to me. It drives my relationships and what I do each and every day. Whether it is giving you my all on wedding day, or being there if you need to cry about wedding planning or your kids that are driving you crazy while getting ready for our family session, I am here for you.

I believe that God is seen in the world in the way that we love other people. Because Jesus is not here, that is the only way that His love is manifest in the world.
